These can provide a single point of reference for all boiler related components using either lamps and switches or a touchscreen HMI for indication and control.
Each control panel is custom designed using AutoCAD Electrical to ensure that it meets the specific requirements of the customer. This can include meeting very exacting site specifications conforming to particular controls, wiring colour schemes and voltage segregation. Various sizes of free-standing or wall mounted panels can be accommodated.
Data can easily be passed off to a SCADA/DCS and these remote systems can also control the boiler if required. Any protocol can be accommodated such as Modbus, Profibus, BACnet, Ethernet/IP and more.
The incorporation of a touchscreen HMI, using our System 5000, can provide the operator with a simple, intuitive screen where they can reference all of the key information whilst also affording control over features such as fuel profiles, modulation rate, setpoints and sequencing control.
The system has a variety of features such as a PDF storage system to provide a single point of information for all manuals, drawings and commissioning information and a trending system that allows up to 2 million records with data and times of recording able to be fully configured by the user.
