Dunphy modular, prefabricated, boiler houses are self-contained energy centres designed and manufactured off-site in our factory complex in Rochdale. Each of our plantroom designs are tailormade to match the characteristics of individual site space availability, fossil and biofuel feeds and the specified generation process (steam, hot water, heat treatment, CHP).
The plantroom is designed, constructed and tested at our premises and then transported to the site where it is reassembled, commissioned and ready to use.
We can work with you to design and construct your site’s energy centre plant, ensuring that it is project ready. We’ll coordinate all activities involved in bringing an energy centre plant online.
We work closely with our clients to ensure that all aspects of the project are considered and that the final product meets all of their requirements and is completed on schedule. Achieving this requires a dedicated team at each stage of the design and build and throughout the process you will have access to our expert staff as they support you through the design, construction, installation, testing and inspection processes.
Dunphy design and manufacture all the key energy centre components in-house, including axial air flow burners, sequencing control systems, BG01 control panels, hotwells, gas boosters and fuel pumps.
We prepare all FDS reports, DSEAR analyses and SIL assessments.
Once delivered to the site, the energy centre is rapidly reconnected and then commissioned by our team of experienced mechanical and electrical engineers.
