Dunphy design, manufacture, install and maintain a range of combustion equipment, digital control solutions and turnkey prefabricated, packaged boiler houses. We pride ourselves on our efficiency, innovation and our focus on the use of renewable fuels and lowering fossil fuel consumption.
We provide a selection of ultra-low NOx, high efficiency, monobloc axial airflow and duobloc burner solutions to maximise your plant’s productivity whilst minimising costs.
Dunphy are leaders in the supply of boiler house control systems. We are able to control any equipment within the boiler house, making use of the latest automation technology and an array of established PLC manufacturers to provide the customer with a bespoke solution to cover their specific requirements.
Dunphy has a range of gas boosters to suit the majority of applications where a robust and reliable solution to the problem of low gas pressure is required.
As standard, they comprise anywhere from one to three booster units that can provide a pressure lift of up to 82mBar and volumes up to 1300m3/hr. Where there is a requirement for a greater pressure lift or volume, a bespoke range of boosters is available.
Dunphy modular, prefabricated, boiler houses are self-contained energy centres designed and manufactured off-site in our factory complex in Rochdale. Each of our plantroom designs are tailormade to match the characteristics of individual site space availability, fossil and biofuel feeds and the specified generation process (steam, hot water, heat treatment, CHP).
The plantroom is designed, constructed and tested at our premises and then transported to the site where it is reassembled, commissioned and ready to use.
We can work with you to design and construct your site’s energy centre plant, ensuring that it is project ready. We’ll coordinate all activities involved in bringing an energy centre plant online.
We are believed to be the first burner manufacturer to attain UKCA and CE certification for 100% hydrogen gas and all possible blends between hydrogen gas and natural gas, including admix (20% hydrogen , 80% natural gas). The combination of research and years of practical experience means that Dunphy are able to offer advice for anyone looking to install hydrogen ready equipment.
We offer our customers a highly efficient global spare parts delivery service. Around 20,000 spare parts are available and most can be delivered within 24 hours. Our team of mobile service vehicles also carry the most frequently needed spares from our range of combustion equipment.
We provide international technical support and service. Both central and field based services are co-ordinated from the main factory complex in Rochdale. Our field service engineers plan and carry out on site work to ensure minimum downtime and loss of service.
